Refund policy

All sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds/exchanges on any item and we do not accept returns. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be responsible / liable in any way for packages lost /damaged during shipping. No refunds are allowed.

Custom Products/Custom Wig Construction/Custom items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and custom wig/unit construction cannot be returned and are non refundable. Custom orders cannot be returned or revised. They are specially made for you/ your head only. For custom wig construction, we recommend taking the time to measure correctly and request the correct cap size. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Sale Items/Promotions and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or promotional items.
