We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.Tracking numbers will be provided where each customer will be able to track his/her package. Dnique Beauty is not responsible for lost in the mail or any other issue not faulted to us. Please note the time it takes to receive a package will be processing time + shipping transit time.
